Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I wanted to do a dormer to expand a ridiculously small upstairs bathroom, but I also needed a new roof. It made sense to do the dormer and the new roof altogether. I found a roofing contractor first and he recommended I contact Kris at New England Custom Remodeling. I was nervous, but Kris calmed my nerves and really listened to what I wanted to do. He worked seamlessly
with the roofing contractor to make sure my house was protected from the weather. Like every project, glitches arose and solutions were discussed and quickly resolved. All in all, I’m ecstatic with NECR….highly recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently bought a 1960’s house which comes with its challenges. I had a leak in the roof which I discovered was made of Structural Insulation Panels (SIP). Kris was the only contractor willing to help me out. He researched SIP’s and had some come remove shingles to see how mine were constructed. He went out of the way to order replacements, install, repair the inside ceiling, and shingle the new roof. I’m not sure where I would be or how much I would be spending if I didn’t find Kris and New England Custom Remodeling, thank you so much. The extra effort and taking a chance means a lot.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am very pleased with the outcome of our new custom shower, and the shiplap wall that was done. A couple small issues were dealt with in a timely manner. Working with Kris was great. It’s hard to find Contractors who actually CALL YOU BACK! The main holdup on the project starting was waiting for the shower plumbing, as it was on back order. Would recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can highly recommend Kris Whitehead and New England Custom Remodeling! Kris personally spent hours investigating the issues, informing us of the options, doing his own research an alternative materials we suggested. His contractors had to work through some bad weather and personal issues, but it was handled super professionally! I am not easy to trust contractors, but I would trust Kris with any construction job in the future! He also seems just like an all-around smart, intelligent guy, who is in this work as a passion of his. Thank you!
